I have the following line of code:

The self.viewControllers variable is already a set, since I wrote firstObject and lastObject. But when I write, for example, NSSet(objects:… ), TextMate doesn’t show me the type of it, it just shows brackets.
Is there some way I can have it show me, for example, the type of NSSet(objects:… )?

The forelimb joints in mice contain high levels of type II collagen. In order to isolate this high-molecular-weight protein and the proteoglycans associated with it, an efficient method of collagen extraction is required. Recently, this has been achieved by dissolution of the epiphyseal cartilage matrix in strong aqueous solution containing pepsin, followed by ultracentrifugation of the solution. The remaining pellet consists of the collagen and proteoglycans. In this study we have taken advantage of the fact that collagen can be separated from other matrix components such as proteoglycans and noncollagenous proteins in such a way as to release only the collagen. A 15% NaCl aqueous solution at pH 5.0 is used to extract the collagen from the cartilage matrix in situ and this is shown to be an effective way of separating the protein from the proteoglycans and other molecules in the intercellular space. Further purification of the collagen to a low salt concentration solution allows the solubilization of the collagen and the removal of the proteoglycan fraction. Following this, we have developed an isolation procedure for collagen where the collagen is extracted using 6 M guanidine hydrochloride. The protein is then purified by three methods: dialysis, gel filtration, and electrofocusing. The purity of the collagen preparations are judged by the level of stainable material by silver stains in the remaining matrix and by electrophoretic analysis of the amino-acid composition.
