1. **Return to your Drafts folder and open the file you created in the Using the Layers panel tutorial from the last section.**

The Tokyo Electric Power Company has confirmed that in addition to the 3.5 million tons of water it pumped into the reactors at the Fukushima power plant following the earthquake and tsunami, the utility has been storing radioactive water inside underground tanks at the site.
The company did not provide further details, but The Times of London reported that part of the water pumped into the reactors had been radioactive.
