Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Drs. H. Ma’mun Amir didampingi Juru Bicara Pusdatina Covid-19 Adiman, SH., M.Si mengikuti Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun Ke- 17 Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia.
Pertemuan tersebut dilaksanakan di Ruang Kerja Wagub secara Virtual pada Jum’at Peringatan HUT Ke-17 kali ini, DPD RI mengusung tema “DPD RI Bangkit dan Maju Bersama Daerah.”
Ketua DPD RI AA La Nyalla Mahmud Mattalitti dalam sambutannya sekaligus membuka acara secara resmi menjelaskan bahwa seluruh anggota DPD RI telah di sumpah untuk mendorong kemajuan daerah dan mepertahankan budaya Indonesia.
“Sebagai wakil daerah kami akan bekerja keras untuk mendorong kemajuan daerah yang kami wakili, salah satunya adalah memperjuangkan semua aspirasi dari daerah dan terus mendorong kemajuan daerah.” Ucap Ketua DPD RI.
Pada kesempatan itu, beliau juga menambahkan bahwa hakekat dari DPD RI yaitu ; “Kemajuan daerah adalah kemajuan indonesia dan kemakmuran daerah, adalah kemakmuran indonesia.” Jelas beliau
