Martha Dixon (born November 10, 1957) is a politician in Manitoba, Canada. She was a city councillor in Winnipeg from 2006 to 2014, serving as an alderman for the city’s Ward 4. She also previously served as a municipal politician in Kingston, Ontario.

Early life and education
Dixon was born in Mabou, Quebec, and moved to Kingston, Ontario, when she was seven years old. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Western Ontario, and worked as an accountant in Winnipeg from 1990 to 1995.

Political career

In 1995, Dixon moved to Kingston, Ontario, and was a director of the local Progressive Conservative party. She was elected to the city council in the 1996 municipal election, and served as a city councillor until 2003. She won election to the Kingston and the Islands Public Schools Board in 1997, and served as chair of the board from 1997 to 1998 and again from 1999 to 2000.

Dixon was defeated in the 2003 municipal election, finishing second to the incumbent Liberal Party candidate.

In 2006, Dixon was elected to Winnipeg City Council in the city’s Ward 4, defeating incumbent councillor Martin Semrau by 1,234 votes. She was re-elected in 2007, as well as in 2010 and 2013. Dixon was a member of the Winnipeg Police Board from 2007 to 2012.

This is a special version of the fc_usage utility. It can be used to display top 20 ports, top 20 listeners or top 20 talkers etc. Port with the most packets is the top port, listener with the most packets is the top listener etc. This tool is useful for a quick peek at packet traffic on switches, routers etc.
It also displays the corresponding OID as the config file name.
The config file can be specified as a location using the /config switch.
The switch and router interface OIDs can be specified as a list of interface OID names separated by a comma or a single OID name.

Managing FC_RTPie Configuration Files:
If you wish to customize the FC_RTPie tool with more in depth settings, you can edit an xml file with FC_RTPie configuration data.

To get a comprehensive display of network traffic, use the FC_RTPie tool.
To use FC_RTPie in a simple fashion, use the /config switch.
