This software is a classroom helper for the Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard operating system. MHX Classroom Helper is a visual tool that allows you to monitor a class or a group of students in a real-time mode, and it is especially well suited to teachers who are using Apple Loops with the GarageBand applications.
Functionality
The MHX Classroom Helper enables you to view the class activities from a computer or a Mac, and it allows you to access the information that you may need to help you when it comes to grading assignments. When the MHX Classroom Helper is activated, students see the clock, and their instant messages appear on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. You can use the Menu Bar at the top of the window to view the class roster, lesson plan, lesson history, attendance, homework and other important class data.
In addition, the MHX Classroom Helper includes a number of tools that you can use to engage students and get them to engage each other. You can drag and drop information from the system tray onto the visual classroom manager, and you can even pull a student or class roster from a text file.
When you see a student’s name in the MHX Classroom Helper, you can click on the student’s name and pull up all the student’s activities. Similarly, you can click on a student’s name and access a summary of the student’s grades, activities, homework, and more.
Some of the features of the MHX Classroom Helper include:
i) Classroom Dashboard
The classroom dashboard displays all the latest events and messages that occur in the classroom. You can get a running total of student grades, homework assignments, and attendance. You can also see the schedules of the entire class, the teacher, the students, and other student information.
ii) Student and Classroom Notifications
The MHX Classroom Helper can provide notifications about things that occur in the classroom. For example, when a student’s grades come out, you will receive an email and a message appears in the MHX Classroom Helper. You can change the settings so that you only get notifications about the students who have been assigned homework and when students leave the classroom.

How to use:
￭ To activate a macro key press the desired key on the keyboard or use the onscreen keyboard.
￭ To deactivate a macro key press the desired key on the keyboard or use the onscreen keyboard.
￭ To make a Macro the Macro key 1 to 32 is pressed twice and then released.
￭ If you make a macro with key 76, the macro effect will be activated if the Macro key is pressed while a MIDI note of 76 is active.
￭ To mute all macros (except for a macro) hold the key of the macro that you want to unmute.
￭ To mute all macros press the key of the macro that you want to mute.
￭ To activate the Excitation section hold the key of the macro that you want to activate until you hear a beep and then release the key.
￭ To activate the resonance filter section hold the key of the macro that you want to activate until you hear a beep and then release the key.
